According to the Private Lodging Business Act 2018, the personal identity of all lodgers must be confirmed before the arrival. Hence, we would like to ask for several information including names, address, occupation and ID cards for check. For foreigners, a copy of the passport should be provided as well.

Please note that cameras are installed outside for the security purposes.

Since the property is located in the residential area, please make sure to keep the voice to minimum after 8pm, and within 50 meters of the house. No talking outside the house after 10pm.

– Noise Control: If the neighbors call the police, we might cancel your booking.
